1. Program Description
The Infiniti Media Group LLC SMS Messaging Program provides subscribers with marketing communications, appointment reminders, promotional offers, service updates, event notifications, advertising opportunities, business funding updates, and other relevant information related to Infiniti Media Group LLC and its affiliated brands, including but not limited to WheresThatDeal, Infiniti Business Capital, InfinitiTextPro, InfinitiContactPro, InfinitCRM. eloyaltyRewards, MobileBranders, InfinitiTextPro and related services.
By opting into our messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
2. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code or number from which you received the message.
After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you a confirmation SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
